Cyntethia joined the Academy in July of 2017 as an Executive Assistant. Cyntethia provides executive support to the President and CEO of the Academy. She is the point of contact in the daily operations of the executive office and liaises with Board Members, Academy Fellows, and external partners. In addition to her duties in support of the President, as Office Manager, Cyntethia oversees office operations, works on special projects, and provides technical and logistical support for an array of conferences, and executive level Academy events. Prior to joining the Academy, Cyntethia spent 12 years at the Discovery Channel, where she served as an executive assistant for several senior corporate leaders, equipping her with a wealth of experience supporting senior executives and managing daily office operations.
