Joe is the Director of Information Technology and Facilities for the National Academy of Public Administration. He has over 35 years of experience in the technology field and facility security management. He provides strategic planning, development, and coordination for all of the Academy’s infrastructure. He manages enterprise servers, routers, firewalls, cybersecurity, PCI DSS compliance, cloud based SharePoint and Exchange services. Platform experience include, MS Servers, SQL Servers, Hyper-V, IIs, Deltek GCS and Time Collection, Weblogic, Cisco VoIP, Polycom VoIP, SQL and iMIS databases, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe applications, Graphics Design and CMS experience using Joomla, Drupal, Word Press and Expression Engine.

Prior to joining the Academy, Joe was the LAN Administrator for WHPacific in Alaska, managing the technology infrastructure for six locations across the state.
